We’re a small family business which has been offering studios for rent close to the centre of Prague and the Václav Havel Airport for 10 years. Our mission is to offer accommodation where you’ll be able to feel at home even on vacation or a business trip. Our priority is the satisfaction of our guests and a personal approach to each and every one of them. Our studios are simple but cosy.

You can choose from 15 renovated studios of various sizes. All of them are ready for both short-term and long-term rental. They are available in sizes ranging from studios for individuals and couples to those for larger groups of people, families with children, students and groups of friends. Some rooms have a balcony or terrace offering a spectacular view of the city or leading into a landscaped courtyard with lots of greenery. There is free high-speed wi-fi throughout the building. Our clients can park their cars in the courtyard free of charge.

Our studios offer accommodation with pets.

The house is located in Břevnov, a very picturesque part of Prague. This very quiet neighbourhood is located next to the historical Hradčany and the Prague Castle. You can relax in nature in the nearby Hvězda game preserve or the Ladronka park. The site is also very easy to reach regardless of if you arrive by car, train, bus or plane. From the airport or bus and train stations, you can reach us easily with public transport or use our services. Under “Services”, you’ll find the option to order full-service transport to the studio. Our reception desk staff speak fluent Czech and English.

For your maximum comfort and relaxation, we can prepare a bottle of wine from our offer for you. If you order it in advance, it will be waiting for you in the studio.
